Drivewyze Gives a Peak of the Future at Trimble’s in.sight User Conference

It may have been raining and flooding around Houston thanks to Tropical Storm Imelda –but that didn’t deter those attending Trimble’s 3-day ‘in.sight’ conference from seeing a sunny forecast thanks to a bevy of new technologies introduced at the user conference.

Drivewyze was there too – showcasing its PreClear weigh station bypass technology, and Driver Safety Notifications Service. Plus, it made a presentation to those in attendance showcasing the future of the connected truck.

“We’re more than a weigh station bypass company,” said Doug Johnson, Drivewyze’s VP of marketing. “We’re all about the future and making the connected truck a reality for our customers. What we’re offering now is just the beginning. Our recently introduced Driver Safety Notifications Service is a great example of leveraging information into a product that will make our customers’ drivers safer on the road. Our presentation looked at what’s to come and the path to get there.”

On hand for the presentation, entitled “Preparing for the Connected Truck Future” was Drivewyze’s Charles Buffone, director of product management, and Brian Mofford, VP of government experience.

Truck News magazine was there too and covered the presentation. Take a look at their story and get ready for the future! It’s not far away.
