Zonar® and Drivewyze™ Collaborate to Introduce Innovative Inspection Bypass and Toll Payment System

Louisville, Kentucky – March 22, 2012 –   Drivewyze, Inc. announced an agreement withZonar®, provider of electronic fleet inspection, tracking, diagnostics and management systems, to provide Drivewyze™ inspection station bypass and toll payment options to Zonar customers.

Drivewyze is a new service that provides long haul and local truckers with more inspection bypass opportunities than any other bypass service in North America; it is easy and safe to use, with assured privacy and data protection.  FMCSA compliant, Drivewyze software adds transponder functionality to iPhone, Android, and Blackberry smartphones or other in-cab technologies; and connects to the Drivewyze network service via a single account regardless of where a driver travels.

“Zonar is perfectly positioned to provide Drivewyze to their customers,” said Brian Heath, President of Drivewyze, Inc. “Both companies provide technologies to improve fleet operation efficiency and vehicle safety.  The new solution will help Zonar customers save valuable time associated with weigh stations, inspections and tolling.”

The Drivewyze service will be made available to commercial drivers in the U.S. and Canada as an attractively priced subscription-based service with long-haul and local options in the summer of 2012.

“Drivewyze is a great compliment to Zonar’s existing telematics platforms and electronic inspection systems,” said Chris Oliver, Zonar’s V.P. of Sales and Marketing. “In the very near future, we plan to integrate our technologies and data with the Drivewyze system, providing an even more robust set of actionable bypass screening information.”
