PeopleNet and Drivewyze Enter into Collaborative Agreement, Sign Memorandum of Understanding

Las Vegas, NV – March 4, 2013 – Drivewyze, Inc., creators of the Drivewyze PreClear weigh station bypass service, and PeopleNet, a leading provider of mobile fleet management solutions, announced today that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and entered into a collaborative business relationship.  Under the terms of the MOU, Drivewyze andPeopleNet will explore ways in which they can join forces to deliver their complimentary products and services to PeopleNet’s customer base.

Drivewyze is an innovative new way for commercial vehicles to bypass fixed weigh stations and mobile inspection sites, using select Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs), tablets and smartphones, giving them transponder-like capability and eliminating the need for dedicated transponders in each truck.  Since it was launched in September of last year, the Drivewyzenetwork has expanded to provide bypass services at 218 sites in 15 states.
