  • Accounts Payable Coordinator

     About the Job: As part of the Finance team, the Accounts Payable Coordinator plays a key role in financial administration and reporting for Drivewyze and Intelligent Imaging Systems.  Responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, this role is perfect for someone who takes great pride in their work and is looking to grow their career in accounting.

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Process vendor invoices, ensuring match and allocation to the relevant cost centre.
    • Ensure all expenses are assigned to the correct project, cost center and/or GL code.
    • Perform vendor statement and credit card reconciliations.
    • Process employee expenses in our expense system, ensuring all receipts are properly submitted with the expense claims.
    • Prepare bi-weekly cheque and electronic fund transfer (EFT) runs.
    • Manage cheque depositions and petty cash disbursement.
    • File accounting documents, ensuring strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records.
    • Provide administration and reception backup when required.
    • Aid other team members and provide support and assistance on projects as required.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
    • Previous experience working in an Account Payable role or group.
    • Exceptional writing and communications skills coupled with strong organizational skills and an intense attention to detail.

    Drivewyze is the smart mobility services company for the transportation industry.     Drivewyze PreClear is a mobile application that runs on iOS, Android, and embedded devices. The app provides bypasses to long-haul truck drivers via an on-screen notification using GPS information. The Drivewyze platform is supported by a multi-tier cloud-based infrastructure that is connected to various law enforcement databases and provides visibility to law enforcement personnel about the Drivewyze bypasses happening at each supported weigh station.

    About the Job: Technical writers communicate complex information clearly, concisely and accurately, and without relying on jargon. As a technical writer, your role involves tasks such as writing conceptual overviews and procedures, reading and writing example code, or updating help center queries and FAQs.

    You will be a key link between engineers, marketing associates, developer advocates, as well as all the external users and developers, tying together many vital but disparate parts of the Drivewyze ecosystem. As a Technical Writer working on developer products, you’ll support developer platforms such as the Drivewyze SDK, detailed client library interfaces for Android, iOS, .NET and backend REST service API’s. You will communicate with external developers and/or internal audiences through conceptual documentation, detailed developer guides, code samples, API references, and other online materials.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • A post-secondary degree/certificate or equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience working in areas such as technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing.
    • Experience researching and writing documentation for developers (APIs, SDKs, web technologies).
    • Experience with writing technical customer-facing materials and with source code written in C++, Python and/or JavaScript.
    • Proficiency with HTML and CSS and working in a Unix environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

  • Associate Product Manager – Internship | Co-Op

    Associate Product Manager Interns are typically responsible for specific features or components in our technology solutions. You may be improving existing product functionality or working with new features. You work collaboratively as part of the product management team, typically planning, designing, scheduling, tracking and monitoring your feature and component responsibilities. As part of our agile process, this position will also prioritize user stories into future sprints while taking dependencies into consideration.

    • Work with multiple stakeholders to understand features and minimize gaps in requirements.
    • Convert features into well-defined user stories.
    • Groom user stories with developers and QA to ensure requirements are clear and the team is ready to execute.

     About the Job:  Drivewyze approaches the vast transportation market through a network of telematics partners. Each partner integrates Drivewyze services into their own platform or application using our cross-platform client SDK and cloud-based REST API. The quality of our partner network is a top strategic priority.

    As the Partner Success Engineer, you will be on the front line of all partner software development and related work.  You will leverage internal and external tools, your technical knowledge, and your strong relationship with other internal groups to optimize and improve partner integrations and programs.  You will be the product expert on the Drivewyze platform and SDK, and work closely with the Development Team and Product Management being the voice of the partner and translating partner feedback to continuously improve Drivewyze products and services. This includes coordinating the development of new tools, APIs, and services that enable high performing partners. 

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Provide pre and post-sales development support and consulting to Drivewyze third-party partner development teams, especially related to development, training, optimizing, and troubleshooting activities on Drivewyze product APIs.
    • Support partner platform and SDK integrations, working closely with Drivewyze Product Development, Business Development, and Operations teams.
    • Using your software background, address partner questions, advocate for partner needs, and explore new ideas to optimize and improve the partner experience.
    • Coordinate, develop, and continuously improve partner monitoring, documentation, and related tools.
    • Actively match the Drivewyze road-map to the technical agenda of each partner, and align the timeline of future activities, releases, and new feature implementations.

    Requires Skills and Qualifications:

    We’re looking for someone creative and unafraid to raise the bar on mobile technology. As an experienced iOS and Android Developer, you love all things mobile and are looking for a role focused on designing, developing and enhancing mobile applications. As a mobile specialist, you will be involved in the design and building of mobile application features, supporting tools, continuous integration, security improvements and architectural changes.
     
    Specific responsibilities include
    • Design, build and deploy advanced app features for the iOS and Android platforms.
    • Independently craft project solutions by applying solid Object-Oriented-Design principles.

  • Manager, Partner Marketing

    We are looking for a relationship-minded marketer that has an exceptional communication skill, strong project management skills, and a drive to succeed to join the Drivewyze and Intelligent Imaging Systems family as part of our Marketing team.

You’ll play a key role in our success by collaborating with Drivewyze channel partners, enabling them to execute marketing programs that drive impactful results.

    About the Job: This role will help us forge and expand key relationships with channel partners. You’ll work closely with partner marketing teams to promote the Drivewyze service and drive new marketing initiatives that help both us and our partners fulfill strategic objectives. You’ll develop, analyze, and measure the performance of partner marketing programs, course-correcting when possible to exceed goals. You’ll help manage, allocate and track MDF (market development funds), and the effectiveness of these programs. In our actively growing partner network, you’ll also help bring new partners on board, ensuring timely and successful marketing launches.

    Specific Responsibilities include:

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including the Marketing and Sales teams, our partners’ marketing organizations, our trucking association partners, and others, to develop compelling and successful marketing campaigns and content.
    • Be the go-to advisor for our partner marketing teams.
    • Measure and analyze partner marketing campaigns to ensure they support common objectives such as awareness or lead generation – and recommend steps for improvement when necessary.
    • Report to internal stakeholders on campaign performance and effectiveness.
    • Promote and encourage the use of MDF (Market Development Funds), assess and validate requests for funding, and work with partners to optimize MDF campaign performance and effectiveness.
    • Educate new partners and keep existing partners apprised on Drivewyze’s value proposition, marketing strategies, communications, messaging, MDF programs and new services.
    • Find ways of integrating Drivewyze marketing into our partners marketing strategies.
      Leverage existing Drivewyze marketing campaigns and amplify those efforts through our stakeholder and partner network.
    • Review partner sales funnels, find areas of interest, and then communicate these findings to internal and/or external stakeholders, suggesting solutions where needed.
    • Create new partner marketing processes that improve existing ones.
    • Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing content, case studies, sales collateral and presentations, and sales materials.
    • Work with the VP, Marketing and Marketing Coordinator on the Drivewyze tradeshow and conference strategy, while also collaborating with Drivewyze Sales and partner marketing teams to produce beneficial outcomes.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing role focused on campaign strategy and execution, preferably in a technology space.
    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
    • Extensive experience in B2B marketing.
    • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to craft messaging and value propositions.
    • Strong verbal communication skills coupled with strong organizational skills and an intense attention to detail.
    • Data focused and results oriented – you’re able to ask insightful questions, review campaign data, and recommend strategies for improvement.
    • Collaborative work style, with strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to succeed meeting tight and competing deadlines.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment.
    • Experience working with CRMs, email marketing, or marketing automation tools, like Pardot and Salesforce.
    • Experience planning event, tradeshow, or conference strategy.

  • Strategic Sales Executive

    The Strategic Sales Executive is responsible for direct and in-direct selling Drivewyze subscription services. The Strategic Sales Executive will build relationships with trucking fleet management level decision makers via cold calling, pre-existing relationships and their connections in the transportation industry. This role will utilize ongoing rapport with potential end customers and create pull through the Drivewyze Channel Partner Program to drive revenue.

    About the Job: The Strategic Sales Executive is a high-level hunter position, seeking out Top 100 type prospects and assisting at all stages of the sales cycle as the lead responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with partner sales representatives and executives.

    This role will be accountable to:

    • Identify potential sales opportunities, define joint solutions, develop business cases, and drive go-to- market strategies.
    • Drive lead generation activities utilizing partner programs whether via association participation, outbound calling, email campaigns, conference calls, conducting webinars and through social media such as LinkedIn.
    • Collaborate with Drivewyze Marketing, Product Management, and other cross functional teams to determine necessary sales strategies and tactics.
    • Identify prospects via existing business relationships and cold calls.
    • Set up and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations at the executive level both online and in person.
    • Facilitate handoff of newly closed business accounts to the Customer Success and Strategic Accounts team where appropriate.
    • Work in conjunction with the Business Development and Channel Partner Sales teams to create pull through the partner community.
