  • Product Manager – Safety Solutions

  • Payroll Administrator

    About the Job: As part of the Finance team, the Payroll Administrator manages and oversees all aspects of our internal payroll and its reporting for Drivewyze and Intelligent Imaging Systems. They are responsible for inputting employee bank information, ensuring payroll is timely, complete, and accurate, and maintaining records. This role is perfect for someone who takes great pride in their work and is looking to enhance their career in the finance department.

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Process biweekly payroll for Canadian and US employees.
    • Maintain personnel records including salaries, benefits, and stock options in collaboration with Human Resources and other internal departments ensuring strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records.
    • Reconcile statutory deductions regularly.
    • Calculate and enter bonus and commissions payments.
    • Process retroactive payments, earnings, and deductions.
    • Process ROEs, T4s, T4As, 1009 Forms, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
    • File WCB remittances in multiple jurisdictions.
    • Administer the group benefits program.
    • Support staff with any pay and benefit-related issues and general questions related to payroll.
    • Work with the Controller to manage the payroll budget and expenses.
    • Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll and budgets.
    • Process employee expenses in our expense system, ensuring all receipts are properly submitted with the expense claims.
    • Process accounts payable to help with payment processing throughout the month.
    • Report to controller and finance team regarding daily activities and issues.
    • Aid other team members and provide support and assistance on projects as required.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • PCP Certification required.
    • A degree or diploma in Business is considered an asset.
    • Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and employment standards is required.

    Your mission will be to create and enhance our Drivewyze portal applications to meet the needs of our clients. You will work within an agile and talented team of Software Developers, QA, Designers, Product Management, and other internal partners to deliver on that mission. As a web application developer, your primary responsibility will be the design and development of our React-based client portal, which builds on and expands the Drivewyze platform. You can also expect to work on back-end services, APIs, supporting tools, and the CI/CD pipeline.

    Job responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop and maintain our client web portal as a member of a collaborative agile team. The tech stack includes React (with Redux, Saga, +), GraphQL, Python, Django, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Lisp, Postgres, MongoDB and Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Service Desk Analyst

    Our technologies, our expertise, and our cultivated partnerships with proven technology providers enable us to create the most advanced safety and security enforcement systems available in the marketplace today.     The Service Desk Team supports our government agency network providing support for client systems operations and sites.     About the Job: This role is responsible to provide technical support for our client systems and IT infrastructure that supports our operations across the US and Canada. Supporting government agencies, this role cultivates customer satisfaction through providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and identifying root causes, facilitating issue resolution, and ensuring ticket fulfillment. As a key partner to the Field Services team, this role is exceptional at communication, coordination, monitoring the resolution progress, and ensuring the customer need has been met.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Review and acknowledge incidents submitted through our incident management system or the Service Desk phone queue.
    • Analyze the issue and determine the appropriate course of action required. This includes categorizing the severity of the issue (Tier 1, 2, or 3) and the urgency of resolution.
    • Investigate and resolve Tier 1 and 2 issues and document resolution in the system.
    • Escalate incidents to additional support groups when unable to resolve in accordance with our standard operating procedure workflow.
    • Ensure tickets are documented by all parties prior to being logged as fulfilled in the system. Follow-up with the respective party as required.
    • Support the management of preventative maintenance and system upgrade schedules, initiating, coordinating, and monitoring events in the system.
    • Ship, receive, and maintain inventory of equipment and hardware supporting ticket resolution and preventative maintenance events.
    • Request the dispatch of Field Technicians to onsite locations for onsite.
    • Monitor service desk system performance and provide reports upon request.
    • Share ideas and recommendations to improve service delivery and workflows.
    • Support and assist other team members.
    • Participate in on-call shifts and provide after-hours support on a rotational basis.
    • Provide updates in internal meetings on service desk volume and trends in issues.
    • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure completion within allotted timelines
    • Document and communicate status and action items to required parties.
    • Document and maintain accurate process workflows and procedures.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Post-secondary or certificate program in IT or related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
