    Position Description:

    Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, and working in daily collaboration with the Director of Government Sales and the President and CEO of Intelligent Imaging Systems, some of the key responsibilities of the Business Proposal Writer will be:

    • Interact with multiple teams and SMEs to create timely, persuasive and effective responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and Invitations to Bid.
    • Review RFPs to identify response deliverables and establish submission schedules and requirements.
    • Conduct kickoff meetings to coordinate responsibilities of the response team, and to schedule deadlines and review stages.
    • Create response outlines, solicit, coordinate and edit proposal content from multiple SMEs and Business Groups.
    • Proofread and edit proposals to ensure they follow company standards for accuracy, quality, marketing focus and brand.
    • Provide quality assurance for all documents and materials; including ensuring due diligence of proposal production and submission of a fully compliant bid.
    • Proactively work with Sales team on subcontracting opportunities by contacting General Contractors, preparing Price Quotes and Scope of Work documents.
    • Maintain and augment a technical response repository of key RFP documents, response templates and resumes.
    • Ensure technical documentation is accurate, complete, and follows established branding and formatting styles.
    • Work with the Sales team to create influential sales collateral for new products and services.

    Qualifications:

    Position Description:

    The Channel Sales Executive, is responsible for direct and in-direct selling Drivewyze subscription services. The Channel Sales Executive will reach trucking fleet management level decision makers using pre-qualified lead lists or through engagement with individual drivers for fleets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her phone based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role. The Channel Sales Executive will also manage in-direct sales programs working directly with one of our largest distribution partners. This individual will be responsible to acquire and facilitate ongoing growth and market penetration thru 3rd parties and will need to establish long-term strategic relationships with individuals and businesses thru the building of strong personal relationships and the development of our in-direct channel sales partners (such as PeopleNet, Rand McNally or Omnitracs). This is a quota bearing position. He/She will be responsible for executing the Go-to-Market plans between Drivewyze and selected sales partners.     Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Cold call prospects that are generated by external lead sources.
    • Qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.

    Drivewyze PreClear is a mobile application that runs on iOS, Android, and embedded devices.  The app provides bypasses to long-haul truck drivers via an on-screen notification using GPS information. The Drivewyze app is supported by a multi-tier cloud based infrastructure that is connected to various law enforcement databases and provides visibility to law enforcement personnel about the Drivewyze bypasses happening at each supported weigh station.

    Position Description: As a Senior Mobile Software Developer, you will be responsible for: architecting mobile platform solutions for both iOS and Android; leading and mentoring other mobile developers; collaborating with product managers, stakeholders, and QA to advance Drivewyze applications.

    Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Software Design
    • Maintain and improve consistency of the mobile architecture
    • Leading and mentoring other mobile developers
    • Testing
    • Technical documentation
    • Working with internal and external business partners
    • Leading technical decisions
    • Helping grow the mobile development team
    • Working with other teams to design full-stack systems
    • Plan and architect the mobile applications for various distribution channels

    Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Commercial experience in Mobile Development
      • Either: Strong in Android development with knowledge of iOS development practices
      • Or: Strong in iOS development with knowledge of Android development practices
      • Or: Awesome at both!
    • Object oriented software analysis and design
    • Ability to work with other Senior Developers to architect lasting solutions
    • Working knowledge of source code repositories (Git)
    • Self-motivated with ability to work with little oversight
    • Experience in unit testing (any N-Unit framework or similar)
    • Support and help design mobile and rest-based APIs
    • Experience with technical leadership
