  • Partner Launch Manager

    The Partner Launch Manager is responsible for the successful and timely launch of new Drivewyze integration and channel partners and new service launches in existing channels. The Partner Launch Manager will work in close partnership with Partner Account Managers (PAM’s) and the Partner Success Manager to deliver partner business results rapidly and successfully for new partners and optimize existing partners. Specifically, this role will be responsible for project planning, enablement, and management of the operational go-to-market activities, and coordination with the technical development aspects of the project.

    About the Role:

    This role will also support Drivewyze Partner Account Managers (PAM’s) and the Drivewyze partner ecosystem as the primary interface with Partner Success, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success during partner go live.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Lead and coordinate the execution of the New Partner and New Services launch plans through various internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate technical design, integration, and development activities between the partner and Drivewyze to ensure the integration supports business processes for an ideal customer and partner experience/workflow.
    • Setup and deploy a launch plan for each new partner aligned to drive revenue goals for the partnership.
    • Manage the partner through a consistent enablement process for various aspects of the customer lifecycle. This includes working closely with including Marketing, Sales, Post-Sales, and Support teams ensuring proper documentation and communication are distributed.
    • Manage and influence cross-team activities during the go-live process and communicate partner status to Drivewyze stakeholders in achieving key launch stages.
    • Work with Partner Operations Manager to continuously improve the project plans and systems that support the successful execution of projects.
    • Advocate on behalf of the partner during the initiation and go-live stages of new partnerships.
    • Support various initiatives and special projects as required.

    Job requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in product management, support, sales engineering, or a similar field ideally focused on a SaaS product suite
    • Strong project management skills, including experience with Salesforce and/or PRM systems.
    • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients and partners.

    About the Job:
    Your mission will be to create and enhance Drivewyze applications to meet the needs of our customers as part of a talented team of Software Developers, QA, Product Managers, and other internal partners. As a developer, you will be involved in the design and development of projects targeting mobile devices, as well as building on and expanding the Drivewyze platform. You will also be working on initiatives that directly impact/serve the mobile application. These include the development of back-end services (APIs), continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), portal applications, monitoring, security improvements, and architectural changes.

    Job responsibilities include:

    • Development and maintenance of various native mobile applications written for Android and/or iOS, back-end APIs that directly serve the mobile applications, and CI/CD pipeline.
    • Acceptance-testing; includes writing unit/integration tests and bench tests and/or manual tests.
    • Monitoring of field exceptions and/or logs.
    • Working with various internal stakeholders (product owner + UX) to identify and refine user stories that meet the business requirement.

    Job requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining mobile apps.

  • Financial Analyst

    About the Job: The Financial Analyst plays a key role in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting for Drivewyze and Intelligent Imaging Systems. Reporting to the Controller, this role is responsible for financial analysis and modeling in support of strategic decision-making.

    Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Monitoring and performing cost analysis and preparing budgets and forecasts that will guide financial decisions.
    • Analyzing data and developing reports that will facilitate process improvement and increased profitability. This includes creating financial models, analyzing operating budgets and income statements, and assisting with project valuation, sales forecasting, product analysis, and cash flow modeling.
    • Translating analytics into key inputs for short-term and long-term strategic planning.
    • Creating and delivering reports, dashboards, and performance reporting per project requirements. This includes producing financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
    • Preparing proposals and presentations for the executive and board of directors, in addition to providing stakeholder-specific reporting.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Collaborate with Executive and Senior Leadership under the vision and strategic direction of the company’s safety solution portfolio.

As a technical team lead, you will provide guidance to your scrum team and seek ways to take it to the next level.
    • Work closely as part of an agile scrum team to execute an idea from concept to delivery using industry best practices for software design, coding, and processes.

  • Service Desk Analyst

    The Service Desk Team supports our government agency network providing support for client systems operations and sites.     About the Job: This role is responsible to provide technical support for our client systems and IT infrastructure that supports our operations across the US and Canada. Supporting government agencies, this role cultivates customer satisfaction through providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and identifying root causes, facilitating issue resolution, and ensuring ticket fulfillment. As a key partner to the Field Services team, this role is exceptional at communication, coordination, monitoring the resolution progress, and ensuring the customer’s need has been met.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Review and acknowledge incidents submitted through our incident management system or the Service Desk phone queue.
    • Analyze the issue and determine the appropriate course of action required. This includes categorizing the severity of the issue (Tier 1, 2, or 3) and the urgency of resolution.
    • Investigate and resolve Tier 1 and 2 issues and document resolution in the system.
    • Escalate incidents to additional support groups when unable to resolve in accordance with our standard operating procedure workflow.
    • Ensure tickets are documented by all parties prior to being logged as fulfilled in the system. Follow-up with the respective party as required.
    • Support the management of preventative maintenance and system upgrade schedules, initiating, coordinating, and monitoring events in the system.
    • Ship, receive, and maintain inventory of equipment and hardware supporting ticket resolution and preventative maintenance events.
    • Request the dispatch of Field Technicians to onsite locations for onsite.
    • Monitor service desk system performance and provide reports upon request.
    • Share ideas and recommendations to improve service delivery and workflows.
    • Support and assist other team members.
    • Participate in on-call shifts and provide after-hours support on a rotational basis.

    In this role, you will:

    • Champion the customer onboarding experience and set the stage as a best-in-class service provider using our customer journey and playbooks as your guide.
    • Facilitate the deployment and implementation process, mobilizing go-live plans with your customer organizations.
    • Guide and educate customers with demos and product demonstrations to build an understanding of our products and technical processes and support adoption.
    • Track and log activities, engagement, and discussions in our systems and utilize data and analytics to assess and evaluate account health and satisfaction.
    • Be the trusted advisor and product consultant for your portfolio, listening to customer needs and addressing problems that arise, and going the extra mile to provide an exceptional customer experience
    • Proactively communicate with customers and conduct ongoing business reviews to assess customer health metrics and ROI. This includes monitoring customer adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
    • Up-sell and cross-sell programs that fit customer needs.
    • Collaborate with other internal teammates to facilitate resolution when escalations arise.
