    Position Overview:

    The Sales Enablement Representative is a vital function within Drivewyze to maximize the success of its partnership with Transflo.     Job Description:

    The role spans across four inter-related functions; Business Development, Sales Administration, Customer Success & Channel Support.  Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

    Business Development:

    • Actively mine current databases for leads, make connections and arrange meetings for the sales team.
    • Deepen relationships through information sharing and fostering strong partnerships with Transflo partners.
    • Meet monthly sales KPI’s.

    Sales Administration:

    Customer Success:

    • Work with Drivewyze Customer Success to increase active subscriber status of active fleets.
    • Promote Drivewyze’s products and services and ensure high customer and partner satisfaction.

    Channel Support:

    • Ensure that when a salesperson interacts with a prospect/customer they have the skills, knowledge, tools and processes required to be successful in creating need for the Drivewyze product.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
    • Report on weekly activities, identifying issues in the sales and implementation process, and actively participating in weekly and month sales meetings.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated success in leading sales enablement and implementing successful sales conversion strategies.
    • Previous success in a business development role and experience working with cross-functional groups and third-party vendors.
    • A passion for the profession of sales combined with the ability to think and plan strategically.
    • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, creatively solving problems, and generating innovative ideas.
    • Previous experience with tracking and reporting sales cycle and productivity metrics and using Salesforce.

    2. Strong Communicator: Sales enablement leaders not only have to be effective communicators within the sales organization, but across various departments within the company. Any changes within the organization, product offerings, or sales content needs to be clearly communicated to all sales reps
    3. Agile: This role is responsible for contributing to sales alignment, and as messaging or methodologies change, sales enablement professionals must be able to pivot on a dime. For example, if there’s a major change that will affect a rep’s pitch, such as coverage expansion sales enablement oversees ensuring all sales reps have adjusted their messaging and approach to be consistent with the changes
    4. Influential Without Being Authoritative: This person needs to command respect, while being persuasive and influential without coming off as authoritative
    5. Skilled at Prioritization: Sales enablement professionals must be able to prioritize their efforts effectively based on the activities that will receive the greatest return for the organization and increase sales productivity
    6. Continuous Learner: Sales enablement professionals need to maintain a close relationship with product marketing to ensure they have the messaging dialed in
    7. Thick Skinned: Everything will not always go as planned. A successful sales enablement professional will be able to shake it off and quickly get back on their feet

    Position Description:

    The Channel Sales Executive, is responsible for direct and in-direct selling Drivewyze subscription services. The Channel Sales Executive will reach trucking fleet management level decision makers using pre-qualified lead lists or through engagement with individual drivers for fleets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her phone based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.     • Cold call prospects that are generated by external lead sources.

    • Conduct weekly and monthly Business and Pipeline Reviews with VP of Sales.
    • Conduct High level Drivewyze/Carrier account joint value presentations.
    • Quarterly Business Reviews with our strategic partners.
    • Attend Regional Sales Kickoffs, All Hands Meetings, Customer Events and Tradeshows as required.
    • Attend periodic sales training where applicable.

    Requirements:

    • University or college degree in Business, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
    • Overall 5+ years of direct work experience in inside sales/Outside capacity. Industry experience (Wireless, SaaS, commercial Transportation) is desired.
    • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
    • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management. (SFDC)

    Drivewyze is the smart mobility services company for the transportation industry. Drivewyze and its sister company, Intelligent Imaging Systems Inc., are on a mission to revolutionize the delivery of highway safety and transportation management through world-class products, systems and services.

    Drivewyze serves commercial drivers and fleets with innovative trucking apps such as Drivewyze Weigh Station Heads Up and Drivewyze PreClear Bypass service. Drivewyze PreClear is a mobile application that runs on iOS, Android, and embedded devices.  The app provides bypasses to long-haul truck drivers via an on-screen notification using GPS information. The Drivewyze app is supported by a multi-tier cloud based infrastructure that is connected to various law enforcement databases and provides visibility to law enforcement personnel about the Drivewyze bypasses happening at each supported weigh station.

    Position Description:

    As a software developer in quality assurance, you will be responsible for working with product managers, managers, QA, and other developers to create and update tools to test the Drivewyze application.  You will be responsible for designing, building and testing tools that test application features, create supporting tools, implement continuous integration, automate the testing of security improvements and load testing architectural changes.

    Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Quality Assurance Testing
      • Software Tool design and implementation
      • Test Plan Creation
      • Automated Regression Testing
    • Automated Load Testing
    • Unit Testing
    • Technical documentation

    Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
    • Commercial experience in Web Application Development, Software Development and App Development is a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Self motivated and ability to work with little oversight
    • Strong QA experience

    Requirements:

    • Experience with mobile applications and web applications
    • B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related degree or diploma
