  • Enterprise Sales Executive
    The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for direct and in-direct selling Drivewyze subscription services. The Enterprise Sales Executive will reach trucking fleet management level decision makers using pre-qualified lead lists or through engagement with individual drivers for fleets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This role will also drive phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
     
    Location: Dallas, Texas
    Reports to: Vice President, Sales and Customer Success
     
    The Enterprise Sales Executive also manages the in-direct sales programs working directly with one of our largest distribution partners. This individual will be responsible to acquire and facilitate the ongoing growth and market penetration through 3rd parties and executing the go-to-market plans with selected sales partners.
     
    Specific responsibilities include:
    • Cold call prospects that are generated by external lead sources.
    • Qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
    • Collaborate with Drivewyze Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service and Development, to determine necessary sales strategies & tactics.
    • Set up and deliver online sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
    • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
    • Qualify and convert inbound, unsolicited prospect calls into sales opportunities.
    • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales order forms.
    • Deliver qualified opportunities to Channel Partner Sales team members where appropriate.
    • Coordinate customer training as necessary.
    • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in SFDC.
    • Manage sales forecast and budget plan for the Channel.
    • Identify potential sales opportunities, define joint solutions, develop business cases, and drive go-to-market strategies.
    • Creating a comprehensive strategic partnership plan, which will serve as the road map for developing the Drivewyze relationship at the Channel level.
    • Drive Lead Generation activities utilizing partner programs whether via association participation, outbound calling, email campaigns, conference calls, conducting lunch n’ learns, and through Social Media such as LinkedIn.
    • Work with key stakeholders and support groups to drive and strengthen the Drivewyze channel sales program.
    • Conduct weekly and monthly Business and Pipeline Reviews with VP of Sales.
    • Conduct High-level Drivewyze/Carrier account joint value presentations.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • University or college degree in Business, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
    • Overall 5+ years of direct work experience in inside sales/Outside capacity. Industry experience (Wireless, SaaS, commercial Transportation) is desired.
    • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
    • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management. (SFDC)
    • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
    • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
    • Exceptional verbal, listening written communication, and presentation skills.

    • Understand customer outcomes through ongoing communication with customers, quarterly business reviews, analysis of customer health metrics, and ROI reports.
    • Gauge customer engagement levels and provide insight to ensure that they are getting the most value out of our products.
    • Represent the voice of the customer internally and quarterback customer experiences by coordinating with various cross-functional teams on behalf of the customer.
    • Drive retention and growth among your portfolio of customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
    • Maintain a regular cadence of communication with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mine opportunities for deeper engagement including up-sells and cross-sells.

  • Strategic Sales Executive

    The Strategic Sales Executive is responsible for direct and in-direct selling Drivewyze subscription services. The Strategic Sales Executive will build relationships with trucking fleet management level decision makers via cold calling, pre-existing relationships, and their connections in the transportation industry. This hunter role will utilize ongoing rapport with potential end customers and create pull through the Drivewyze Channel Partner Program to drive revenue.

    About the Job: The Strategic Sales Executive is a high-level hunter position, seeking out Private and For-Hire Top 100 fleet prospects and assisting at all stages of the sales cycle as the lead responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with partner sales representatives and executives.

    This role will be accountable for:

    • Identify potential sales opportunities, define joint solutions, develop business cases, and drive go-to-market strategies.
    • Drive lead generation activities utilizing partner programs whether via association participation, outbound calling, email campaigns, conference calls, conducting webinars, and through social media such as LinkedIn.
    • Collaborate with Drivewyze Marketing, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to determine necessary sales strategies and tactics.

    • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Lead Development Representative

    The Lead Development Representative (LDR) work will focus on outbound sales strategy, specifically prospecting and filling the sales funnel with qualified opportunities. This position will spend most of their time vetting leads, making phone calls, following up, and scheduling appointments. The LDR will work with various lead types to identify opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criterion to hand off to field sales. Ideal candidates will have telephone sales experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Work various lead types defined by the sales organization to qualify or disqualify based on specific criteria.
    • Identify organizational structure, decision-makers, and key influencers once a lead is qualified through research tools such as CRM, Google, LinkedIn.
    • Nurture a lead effectively until they are Sales Ready.
    • High volume prospecting/calling.
    • Execute a precise contact cadence (phone calls, emails, social media) in an effort to schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
    • Build rapport with prospects by offering resources (webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.) and understanding where the prospect is in the buying process.
    • Gather key information during conversations with the decision-makers by asking pertinent discovery and follow up questions to determine current needs and challenges.
    • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Drivewyze articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
    • Effective use of CRM to accurately track activity and account information of all prospects.
    • Consistently meet and exceed daily activity metrics in areas of leads worked, completed calls, and appointments scheduled.
    • Ability to complement quantity with quality and effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    Education/credentials/Work experience.

    • 1 – 3 years of previous sales experience, ideally outbound sales.
    • Previous experience in telematics or the transportation industry is a plus.

  • UI/UX Designer – Future Opportunities

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
    • 8+ years of UX Design related experience with a portfolio that shows a concrete understanding of design fundamentals and best practices.
    • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the design process; creating user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups and prototypes.
    • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.

  • Quality Assurance Engineer
    As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for working with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow QA team members to ensure quality in our primary applications that are disrupting the transportation industry.

    About the Job: In an agile environment, you will:
    • Be part of the story development and planning process;
    • Validate implemented features match requirements;
    • Create test plans that safeguard the quality and reliability of our products.
    • With expertise in automation frameworks and testing, you will play a pivotal role in helping us improve the efficiency of our development efforts.
    Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Design, document, and implement test strategies to ensure broad functional test coverage.
    • Support all test activities including developing, enhancing, and executing automated and manual test scripts and identifying and reporting software discrepancies and defects.
    • Determine and recommends when to utilize manual testing and when to utilize automation.
    • Work with Product Managers, Software Developers, and other team members to understand and determine test requirements for automation.
    • Implement QA test automation frameworks and create and automate test cases.
    • Ensure test cases are articulated effectively to enable swift execution by other members of the QA team.
    Job Requirements:
    • Certificate or degree in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or in a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA testing with experience delivering web, mobile, or other software applications. Direct experience with test automation tools required.
    • Previous experience writing and executing automated and manual test plans.
    • Deep knowledge and experience using different testing methods including regression testing, automated testing, smoke testing, exploratory testing, scenario-based testing, usability testing.
    • Understanding of database design and the ability to use SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
    • Experience with programming in one or more of the following: Python, Node.js, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, C++, Java, Swift, Lisp.
