  • Service Desk Coordinator
    Our technologies, our expertise, and our cultivated partnerships with proven technology providers enable us to create the most advanced safety and security enforcement systems available in the marketplace today. Our core markets are transportation safety and security, law enforcement, and public security and our projects involve multiple components, ranging from civil construction to custom software implementation, electronic hardware installations, and preventative maintenance.
     
    The Service Desk Team supports our government agency network providing support for client systems operations and sites. This includes troubleshooting and resolving service requests, coordinating system maintenance and upgrade schedules in support of our suite of integrated technologies that include thermal imaging, digital imaging, radiation detection, and laser scanning systems.

    About the Job: As Service Desk Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk coordinating third-party activities, scheduling bookings for onsite support, and ensuring a high level of standard for service operations and delivery. This role also monitors and tracks activities and inventory to ensure the team can deliver an exceptional service experience. Operating in an exciting and fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for someone who likes to connect with others, manage multiple priorities and get things done!

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Adhere to Service Desk process workflows and ticket management standards, ensuring requirements are satisfied, information and status are documented, and coordination has been completed within defined SLAs and prior to dispatch of field resources.
    • Search, coordinate and fulfill bookings for Service Desk needs. This includes:
      • Permit request fulfillment.
      • Coordination of lane closures and equipment (bucket/lift trucks).
      • Management of requests for third-party contractors, vendors, and partner organizations for service work. This includes requesting quotes and managing purchase and work orders.
      • Manage and track all booking activity.
      • Conduct daily monitoring, tracking, and reporting for various programs. This includes conducting system performance tests, vehicle data reviews, and performance summaries with explanations for outliers, exceptions, and trends.
    • Monitor inventory levels and assist in the procurement and ordering of inventory, parts, and equipment as directed.
    • Complete shipping and receiving duties on behalf of the Service Desk team.
    • Share ideas and recommendations to improve service delivery, efficiency, and workflows.
    • Provide support and assistance to others as required.
     
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a coordination role, ideally with previous scheduling experience in an operational or technical capacity
    • Post-secondary education in office administration or equivalent experience in an office environment
    • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner,
    • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and data entry – previous experience with Service Now an asset.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with demonstrated success managing multiple deadlines and demands and working under pressure.

    We are looking for an experienced and creative Product Manager passionate with a passion to manage quality software products that customers love.     About the Job: As part of the Finance team, the Accounting Coordinator plays a key role in financial administration and reporting for Drivewyze and Intelligent Imaging Systems. Responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, this role is perfect for someone who takes great pride in their work and is looking to grow their career in accounting.
     
    Specific responsibilities include:
    • Process Accounts Receivables and incoming payments in compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
    • Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and posting Accounts Receivable data.
    • Communicate with customers on payment follow-up.
    • Perform weekly and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
    • Process employee expenses in our expense system, ensuring all receipts are properly submitted with the expense claims.
    • Manage cheque depositions.
    • Assist Accounts Payable in processing vendor invoices, ensuring match and allocation to the relevant cost center.
    • File accounting documents, ensuring strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records.
    • Provide administration and reception backup when required.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance.
    • Previous Degree or experience working in an AP/AR role is preferred.

  • Enterprise Sales Executive
    The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for direct and in-direct selling Drivewyze subscription services. The Enterprise Sales Executive will reach trucking fleet management level decision makers using pre-qualified lead lists or through engagement with individual drivers for fleets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This role will also drive phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.

    Reports to: Vice President, Sales and Customer Success
     
    The Enterprise Sales Executive also manages the in-direct sales programs working directly with one of our largest distribution partners. This individual will be responsible to acquire and facilitate the ongoing growth and market penetration through 3rd parties and executing the go-to-market plans with selected sales partners.
     
    Specific responsibilities include:
    • Cold call prospects that are generated by external lead sources.
    • Qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
    • Collaborate with Drivewyze Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service and Development, to determine necessary sales strategies & tactics.
    • Set up and deliver online sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
    • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
    • Qualify and convert inbound, unsolicited prospect calls into sales opportunities.
    • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales order forms.
    • Deliver qualified opportunities to Channel Partner Sales team members where appropriate.

    • Creating a comprehensive strategic partnership plan, which will serve as the road map for developing the Drivewyze relationship at the Channel level.
    • Drive Lead Generation activities utilizing partner programs whether via association participation, outbound calling, email campaigns, conference calls, conducting lunch n’ learns, and through Social Media such as LinkedIn.
    • Work with key stakeholders and support groups to drive and strengthen the Drivewyze channel sales program.
    • Conduct weekly and monthly Business and Pipeline Reviews with VP of Sales.
    • Conduct High-level Drivewyze/Carrier account joint value presentations.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • University or college degree in Business, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
    • Overall 5+ years of direct work experience in inside sales/Outside capacity. Industry experience (Wireless, SaaS, commercial Transportation) is desired.
    • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
    • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management. (SFDC)
    • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.

  • Lead Development Representative

    The Lead Development Representative (LDR) work will focus on outbound sales strategy, specifically prospecting and filling the sales funnel with qualified opportunities. This position will spend most of their time vetting leads, making phone calls, following up, and scheduling appointments. The LDR will work with various lead types to identify opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criterion to hand off to field sales. Ideal candidates will have telephone sales experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
