Overview #

When you first log in you will notice some differences between the new beta app and what you’ve been used to seeing. As we’re still in development, some features are still in the works and we’re relying on you to help drive us to the right path! This article covers a small list of changes and features that you might be used to that aren’t quite ready for the Drivewyze 5.0 Beta app.

Differences #

Subscription management screen #

If you need to change your subscription, please refer to the current Drivewyze app downloadable from the app store or contact support to help make changes to your subscription.

Default truck image #

You may see the default truck image in your account. This is a placeholder image and will be replaced soon. This does not affect your recall history or what an FMCSA officer might look at.

Update truck image #

At the moment, we’re not supporting update your truck image. This is another feature that will come out within the next couple of weeks. If you need to change your vehicle picture, please refer to the current Drivewyze app downloadable from the app store or contact support to update your truck image.

Naming inconsistencies #

There are several places where you may see your first and last name that you’ve submitted. Sometimes this might come up as ‘NULL’ – this could be because we have your first name but you hadn’t provided a last name previously. This does not affect your recall history or what an FMCSA officer might look at.

Duplicate vehicle entries #

If you’re used to selecting a vehicle from a list of vehicles and you have over 20, you may experience some duplicate entries. The data is the same for those duplications, so any of them can be selected.
