Overview #

Proactive Speed Alerts are a part of Drivewyze Safety+. Drivers get alerted with an in-cab message to slow down when they violate posted speed limits in high citation zones.

How it works #

• Speed Zones are determined by mining speed citation data across the US.
• Drivers are warned if they are at least 5 mph over the speed limit.
• Driving speed is measured before and after the alert is shown to determine if the driver is complying with the alert
• Driving data is available in Safety+ Insights dashboard under “Speed Violation” zone category
