Users with Android app version < 5.1.4 will not see the Alert and Advisories
part of the home screen. They will not have the manual option in their app
version:

Users with Android app version 5.1.4 will the have the ability to manually trigger a Stopped Vehicle event, and end a Stopped Vehicle event.
They will also see the Alerts and Advisories part of the home screen:
