Overview #

If you are going off duty and no longer need to receive Drivewyze Mobile alerts, you can turn off the app on both iOS and Android devices.

Note: If you turn off Drivewyze Mobile on your device you will NOT receive PreClear bypass alerts or any Drivewyze Safety notifications.

Android steps #

You can turn off Drivewyze Mobile by performing either of the following actions:

  1. Log out of Drivewyze Mobile by tapping Log Out.
  2. Tap the back button (or swipe right to exit the app). A dialog opens asking you if you want to Run In Background, Shut Down, or Cancel. Tap Shut Down.
    Note: This method does not require you to log back in to Drivewyze Mobile. Your credentials are preserved.

iOS steps #

You can turn off Drivewyze Mobile by performing either of the following actions:

  1. Log out of Drivewyze Mobile by tapping Log Out.
  2. Swipe the app up to stop the app.
